For any post-sales support requests, please contact the Integrator partner that sold you the product. Streamcore's Partners are available to help you deploy Streamcore equipment to maximum effect. As stated in our warranty conditions, this partner is authorized to provide first-level and second-level support for our products.

Third level support will be provided by Streamcore's personnel exclusively to our certified partners and our customers who subscribed to this option.
