Streamcore’s Professional Services provide affordable access to engineers. These services can assist customers in moving the projects forward faster and more effectively than performing the tasks at hand alone.
Deployment project
Prior to the installation, a Streamcore network specialist will conduct an interview with key personnel within the customer to review the network architecture, traffic patterns, applications supported and classes of service used. Based on this information, the specialist will create the required configuration profiles to provide visibility, reporting and control to the customers environment and business requirements.
The services will include:
- Establishing Streamcore’s platform initial configuration required to have visibility
- Activating auto discovery to ensure appropriate applications are captured and classified based on the business requirements
- Reporting into the customer’s application delivery network
- Create alarm threshold notifications
- Configure accounts for access to the Portals with privilege rights for provisioning and reporting
- Define QoS policies and enable the optimization features
Additionally, the specialist will work with key personnel throughout the implementation to ensure confidence with the software and to answer questions. To increase self sufficiency and expertise with Streamcore’s platform, Streamcore recommends the training courses.
Recurring project follow-up
Streamcore Professional services can also be used to review configuration and reporting on a regular basis, in order for the customer:
- To ensure an optimal configuration
- To discover the features added in new releases
