Advanced supervision tools are provided to follow service level for any measurements, whether network, application or VoIP/video related. For instance, alarms can be defined and displayed in a map, or statistics can be displayed within a widget on a Windows Vista/7 desktop.
| Alarms | Be alerted whenever a service level degradation occurs |
|
Display in an automated geographic map the performance and usage of the network, applications and VoIP traffic |
|
| Widgets | Display any statistics on your Windows Vista/7 desktop or within a iGoogle or Netvibes web dashboard |
Streamcore alarms can be set up to notify administrators of changes in the quality of service, whether it concerns network, application or VoIP/video delivery. Alarms are logged per site, providing a readily accessible summary of events. Notification can be exported via e-mail, RSS feed, SNMP trap or Syslog messages.
The StreamMap application can display a dynamic performance map and automatically locate all sites geographically. Based on the Google Maps technology, navigation is very intuitive and service level for network, application and VoIP/video traffic can be displayed, as well as usage rate between each site.

Use innovative widgets for desktop running either Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system, as well as for iGoogle or Netvibes Web portals, to allow easy access to any performance measurements from almost anywhere. The widgets use a new application programming interface (API) based on Web services to retrieve any network, application, VoIP or video performance metrics from Streamcore’s centralized management and reporting appliances. With a few simple clicks on the desktop, network managers can modify the widget settings to display real-time statistics or a graph of the current day’s traffic.
