
Diaa Elyaacoubi has served as President and CEO of Streamcore System since 2004, consolidating its leadership and giving momentum to its international development. She is an industry veteran with experience in management, marketing, sales, and business development in the telecommunications, business services and IT industries. In 1999, Diaa Elyaacoubi founded and directed e-Brands, the first VNO "White label" operator, which later became a subsidiary of Vivendi Universal replacing AOL agreements. e-Brands launched several ISPs and MVNOs in Europe (Dell, Toshiba, Tele2, Vizzavi). Diaa Elyaacoubi has held management positions at IT provider Bull and telecommunications operator Cegetel and Concert (BT consortium). Awarded the European Information Technology Prize (PTI 2004), Diaa Elyaacoubi graduated from Telecom Paris, one of the most prestigious European engineering graduate schools.

Laurent Coplet oversees the company’s financial operations with responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, balance sheet management, tax and audit. He is also responsible for Streamcore legal affairs. Before joining Streamcore Laurent Coplet served as Financial Director of Sports Media and Strategy, an independent media group. He has also served as Financial Controller of Capital One, one of the leading consumer credit organizations. Laurent Coplet has a wide experience in a variety of financial disciplines, such as public funding, back-office optimization, process implementation and particularly in building cross-functional business relations to achieve financial and business goals. Laurent Coplet graduated in 1997 from HEC in Paris.

Christophe Peretou helps manage day-to-day operations at Streamcore and has more than 20 years of experience in senior sales and sales management positions in the telecommunications and IT industry. Christophe Peretou worked in international sales for Cegetel, the second largest operator in France and held sales development positions for telecommunications operator BT-Concert and for Sterling Software. Christophe Peretou is a graduate of ESSEC in Paris, one of Europe's most prestigious business schools.

Maurice Abécassis has more than 25 years experience in the field of telecommunications. As the VP Sales, he leads the Worldwide sales team for Streamcore. Previously, he was the Sr. Regional Sales Director for Juniper Networks. Maurice Abécassis has held several sales positions for Zhone Technologies, Stratacom and Motorola. He has also managed the Service Providers divisions in France and North Africa for Lucent and was part of the executive management team at Ascend and Cascade in France. Maurice Abécassis completed his engineering degree at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.

Frederic Hediard brings to Streamcore extensive experience in telecommunications architecture, specifications and products. Frederic Hediard has held Product Marketing and System Engineering positions at Thales and Lucent Technologies. From 1997 to 1998, he worked at the French Embassy in Washington, DC and published several technical, strategic, and competitive analyses on the U.S. electronic and telecommunication markets. Frederic Hediard graduated from Supelec in Paris, one of Europe's top engineering schools.

Remi Lucet is co-founder of Streamcore and co-inventor and creator of Streamcore's technology patents. He has served as Chief Scientist Officer of Streamcore since 1998. With 20 years of extensive experience in the telecommunications industry developing standards and protocols, Remi Lucet was instrumental in developing high-output protocols with flow control (X.45). Remi Lucet is also acknowledged for his work on the development of local protocols (Starlan and 10 base T) at SESA, then RCE, and on SAFECOM Mainframe at CS Telecom, a turnkey Systems Integration Company. Remi Lucet has a PhD. in Telecommunications & Systems Architectures.
